Dear Parents and Students,

The 3rd and Final term for the year is here! There are many challenges that lies ahead and I would like the share with you some that are important:

1. TERM 3

I officially start running and teaching normal schedules from this week. The term will look as follow:

Term 3 starts: Wednesday, 9 September 2026.

Term 3 ends: Friday, 4 December 2026.

Other important dates:

Long Weekend: Thursday, 24 September - Sunday, 27 September

There will be no lessons during these dates.

Please diarize these dates to avoid any confusion later.

2. invoicing and payment schedule

If any students have outstanding invoices, please settle before your next lesson to avoid lesson interruption. If payment does not reflect, I will not be attending lessons until it does.

3. lesson schedule - term 3

The lesson schedule for Term 3 will be a tricky one. Math and Science students, especially matriculants, will have a special schedule since your remaining lessons will be pulled and clustered around the remaining trials and then final examinations that will start in October. I will get in touch with you all soon to discuss how we will structure everything. These are going to be long days as all of you will be writing on the same day.

Together with the other Grade Math and Science students that will probably also write their final year exams, will require some juggling and sacrifice especially when it comes to music students. I willl at times have no choice but to move music students around these exams and worst case scenario forfeit a few of these lessons. I will be sensitive and only do this when absolutely necessary. I apologize in advance for the inconvenience this might cause.

4. SPACES FOR NEW YEAR

I will have quite a few spaces open for next year for a new generation of student enrollment since my first generation students all graduate from school this year. If you know of any friend or family member that would benefit from my services, please send my detail to them as this would be greatly appreciated so I can place them on the top of the Waiting List for next year. I thank you all in advance in spreading the word and helping me with this regard. I will also start advertising for next year at the end of September.
