newsletter 2 - 17 february 2026

It is hard to believe that it is mid-February already. I hope that everyone is off to a great start and that you all have reached some stability from January.

Here's some crucial information for you:

1. Invoicing and Payments

   
   

Invoicing will happen on Monday, 23 February 2026. Please ensure you pay on or before 1 March. Please note, lessons will not continue if payment if not settled by this date.

2. mid-term break

   
   

The mid term break is coming up for most IEB 3 Term schools. This means that should you want to do your lessons earlier around that time, please let me know ASAP so that I can move you around to either early Friday morning or early Monday morning. I will send personal notifications to all students of Friday and Monday as a reminder. This is not mandatory to move earlier, but only a courtesy should you want to finish earlier with lessons.

3. schedule conflict - sat 21 feb 2026

   
   

I have a conflict with an event that I have to attend on Saturday, 21 February 2026. All students will be affected on that day. I will try and arrange either a move of this lessons to another day or later on Saturday (afternoon) or then will have to forfeit and credit you back if that is not possible. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
