It's official! January has finally wrapped up, and we're just days away from getting back into the swing of things. Our web-based newsletters are back, and the website redesign is nearly complete.

Here's some crucial information for you:

1. Invoicing and Payments

   
   

Let's start with the most important topic for the year. January invoices were sent out before the school term began. The latest invoices are for February. If you missed January's payment, I'll notify you via WhatsApp. All accounts must be settled by your first lesson in February, or I will not conduct lessons. This policy will be strictly enforced each month this year. Last year, missed payments created chaos, so please ensure timely payments.

2. Schedule

   
   

The schedule is now finalized, and every slot is filled, meaning I'm at full capacity. If you can't attend a lesson and I can't reschedule within the week, it will be forfeited with no credit, as per the Terms and Conditions. Inform me early if you anticipate any issues so I can check for available slots. Prioritize your lessons this year for maximum benefit and organized progress. Note that rescheduling might be challenging and could take weeks, as it requires coordination with other students.

3. Music Student Books

   
   

The music student books are being finalised. Your file will be delivered or sent via courier next week. I'll arrange drop-offs on Tuesday and Thursday, as these are my travel days in your area.

4. Figma Digital Files

   
   

All Figma boards will be finalised soon. Although organising them is time-consuming, those who have received theirs can attest to their effectiveness. Many of you haven't received your links yet, but this will be addressed next week. Rest assured, all work is saved and will soon be accessible. I will also provide instructions for setup, which is more straightforward than Google Classroom or Teams, and ideal for personalised lessons.

5. Yearly Calendar

   
   

The yearly calendar will be sent via WhatsApp and will eventually be available on the website. Check it for lesson dates and reserved break weekends. There are two long weekends this year, and lessons are scheduled around them. The calendar is also included in the Figma Digital Files diary/log.

6. This Year Will Be Tough

   
   

Final thoughts! This year will be challenging. Many students who started with me are now in their final year, which is demanding. There will be tough weeks, but I'm committed to supporting you through them. This applies to all students, regardless of grade. As I dedicate myself to working harder, boundaries will be set to prevent burnout for both of us. Take care of yourself and make wise choices, as I will do the same.

There will also be fantastic moments! We'll aim for more of those, and I'll ensure lessons are enjoyable and something to look forward to. That's a promise. Remember, no question is silly. Be honest and open, and I'll help you overcome any obstacles.
